As part of the presentation of Peruvian gastronomy at the Ferrandi Gastronomy School in Paris, Shanantina presented its products around Sacha Inchi and particularly the oil and snacks.
11 Peruvian chefs came to present to the students of the Ferrandi school the emblematic dishes of Peru including the unavoidable Ceviche and even the Pisco sour.
The recipes were created and explained live and the tasting was a great success.
Super food, including Sacha Inchi, was in the spotlight during this presentation.
This allows to inform future chefs of the possibilities offered by Peruvian products while discovering the richness of Peruvian gastronomy.
