Product made from the cake or pellet (byproduct), obtained in the process of pressing the peeled and raw seeds of sacha inchi; this cake or pellet is subjected to an extrusion, drying and grinding process which results in a fine powder at the end of the process.

Product intended for direct human consumption

For its high protein content, in bakery, pastry and shakes.

General condition

Store the product in a cool, dry place, at the temperature below 25° C and away from sunlight.
Shelf life : 18 month under optimum storage condition in sealed container.
For glass bottle, it is recommended to consume the product within 30 days of open.
